Had an appointment today with the pain specialist. The date for my injection into my left hip joint is scheduled for the morning of February 18. I'll be under anesthesia during the injection/ Thank you , Lord, you know how I don't like pain. That's the reason for the injection - to relieve pain in my leg, hips and back. The doctor also upped one of my neuropathy medications to hopefully relief the pain. Gheez, this getting old is painful enough....do we really need more pain and punishment?
I would appreciate all the prayers you can remember to say for me during the next two weeks. Please pray that the medication from the injection will be successful in relieving the pain. The doctor said it should take effect within seven days. I'll yell hallellujah if it works!
